The human body is such a miraculous creation. With every breath and every heartbeat new cells are made. What are they made from? Humm, what would you guess?
For the most part they are made from the nutrients that you put there. I always envision the Home Depot truck pulling in every night with the supplies to build cells. It comes back in the morning for another delivery. Different cells regenerate at different rates. Cells are made better or worse by the nutrients they receive and the environment they are exposed to. The chemicals you are exposed to. The toxins taken into the body. The nutrition taken in. Some things we cannot help and others we do have control of.
If your nutrition comes from fast food window or a diet of fried food, microwaved food, or "white" food. White food meaning high glycemic index food- potatoes, rice, pasta, corn, white flour (bread) ie. most of these are white. And they just trash the system. Artificial sweetners, food additives.
What nutrients did the truck deliver for your new cells. THAT will determine how healthy the new cells are.
Your choice, you decide.
